Refund Policy
1. General
Due to the custom nature of our photography services, Monroe & Co does not offer refunds for any session fees or products purchased.
2. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your session, we are happy to reschedule. Please notify us at least 31 days in advance. Rescheduling fees will be incurred for any rescheduled session within 30 days of the session date.
3. Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If there is a physical defect in a product, please let us know within two (2) days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement.
